DELIVERY DELAYS

There are delivery delays in Australia post network and couriers due to: 

  • reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
  • a significant increase in parcels volumes
  • hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network

MIRON ONLINE will endeavour to dispatch your order via courier or Australia Post as soon as possible.

 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

STANDARD SHIPPING

– Freight will be calculated during checkout

– Free shipping will be applied to orders over $100 AUD
 

– Please allow *2-5 business days for delivery after you have received our shipping confirmation email 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

– Select “express post” during checkout, freight will be calculated accordingly
Customers who qualify for free shipping but would prefer their order to be sent express, please select express shipping

– Please allow *1-3 business days for delivery after you have received our shipping confirmation email

* Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed, while we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. 

If for any reason your order is unable to be fulfilled, you will be notified by email.


INTERNATIONAL

STANDARD SHIPPING

– Freight will be calculated during checkout

– Free shipping will be applied to orders over $250 AUD  (NEW ZEALAND ONLY)

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

– International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.

– All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. We are not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.   

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

– Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. 

– If you don’t receive an order confirmation e­mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your ‘Junk’ / ‘Spam’ mail folder before contacting us.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

– We try our best process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, however this can take as long as 3 business days.

– We usually ship twice a week, however, during peak seasons, our shipping frequency can fluctuate.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

– All domestic orders include tracking. You will automatically receive your tracking number and tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged.

* Please note that it may take up to 24 hours after receiving our shipping confirmation for tracking to take effect.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

– All international orders that select “standard” or ”express” shipping will receive tracking updates via email once your parcel has been lodged.

– All international orders that select “economy air” will not include tracking. You will automatically be updated once your package has been dispatched.

* Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after receiving our shipping confirmation for tracking to take effect.

– Order tracking will update when the shipment has been:

・received and accepted by a post office

・processed for international delivery

・received by an overseas postal organisation

・delivered to its final destination

SHIPPING INFORMATION

– All following-up and/or tracking is the responsibility of the customer and/or the shipping service provider. While we do everything we can within our power to make sure orders are received safely and as fast as possible, we cannot be held responsible once an order leaves our warehouse.  

– Free domestic shipping may be sent via regular post or courier.

– Free international shipping will be sent via international airmail with no tracking.

– If a customer error is made in entering a shipping address during the checkout process, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipment fee according to the relevant price of postage for your location. 

– The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM/S?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a pick up service.

 

 

 

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET

– In cases where the estimated delivery time has passed and your item has not arrived, it is recommended you first contact your local customs/post office before emailing us.

– When an order is placed, an email is sent to the address provided during checkout. Once the package is shipped, a second email containing the tracking number (if applicable) will be sent.

– If you need any updates on the location of your package, please refer to your tracking number. Our representatives rely on the same information this number povides. You are also able to contact the carrier directly. 

– If your package is lost or missing, you will need to contact the carrier directly to lodge an enquiry. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
